Marye at Baking Delights recently posted a link to this fun & amusing, yet rather useful chart. If you've ever had a chemistry class in high school or college, and you like cooking, then you should enjoy this. It takes the layout and design of the periodic table of elements, but instead of hydrogen, helium, and carbon, you'll find things like mayonaise, jelly, and tartar sauce.
