Dreaming of a New Living Room
Every year my husband asks me to make a Christmas list for myself so that he'll know what to get me. (Isn't he sweet?)
Each year I put a few small items on the list like books and cds, and then I put a few big items, which I may or may not be able to get. This year one thing my husband and I would both like to have is new living room furniture.
I want something neutral in color, and it has to be comfortable. Here's a few that I have in mind:
I think this one looks very nice and classic. And tt looks very soft and comfortable. I also love this amber color, not too light but not too dark either. And our living room walls are the same color as the ones in the picture, and our hardwood is similar in color as well, so I could easily see this set in our living room. (I also love that rug!)
This has a nice and simple style that I like. It's a little lighter in color than I would probably buy, as our living room is...well, lived in. But I would love something like this in a different color.
Here's another set that's pretty simple in style. The color is called pewter. I like it because it's a little different than the traditional browns and tans, but it's still neutral. And though it's pictured with a contemporary rug and lamps, I think it would still go with my country style of decor. It also looks comfortable, and I like the matching throw pillows.
And this one is walnut in color. Again, I like the matching throw pillows, and I like the simple style. It also looks fairly comfortable, but I not sure what I think of the "sleigh" style arms.
So what do you guys think of these selections. I'd love to hear your ideas!

Love the pewter. It will go with every color on the color wheel. My opinion.
