Recipe of the Week: Crunchy Cheese Crisps
This week's featured recipe comes from Taste of Home. It's another tasty yet simple appetizer recipe, and it's also low in fat. Nobody will be able to eat just one.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup finely crushed potato chips
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely crushed potato chips
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 3/4-in. balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack. Yield: 4 servings.

I often read non-Swedish blogs. All purpose flour seems to be everywhere, but can´t be purchased here. It´s a pity.
