Menu Plan Monday

Monday - Grilled chicken sandwiches w/ fries.
Tuesday - Chicken & Dumplins w/ pinto beans & cornbread (one of my fave meals)
Wednesday - Chicken florentine casserole w/ steamed vegetables (new recipe!)
Thursday - Ham steak & leftovers from Tuesday & Wednesday
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - eating out, probably Chinese or Applebees
Sunday - Cheeseburger Macaroni, corn & veggies

I don't think I've ever had chicken & dumplings & pinto beans....are the pinto beans cooked in or are they a side?

No, the beans are cooked separately on the stove or crockpot. Although I wouldn't be surprised to see people mix the two together on their plate. It's a great combination.
